You know Karol on the pole by her sexy style, dramatic drops, and slinky flow. If you’ve ever met or spent any time around her, or taken any of her workshops, you know she has a funny, energetic attitude toward pole and life, and is always the joker in the room trying to illicit a laugh and make people smile.
As pioneer in the pole dance industry, she has been involved with numerous competitions and events, and has watched pole dancing evolve to the level it is at today. She has been a part of the Great Midwest and North American Pole Dance Championships since its inception and is beyond happy to return this year to be involved in another amazing event.
Karol placed 3rd place in USPDF’s 2012 Championship, was awarded the runner up title of USPDF Miss Sexy in 2010, and was the USPDF East Coast Champion in 2009. She now spends her time traveling all over the world, judging at various Pole competitions and events and sharing her love of pole with countless workshop attendees.

Learn a sexy, slinky chair routine incorporating basic to advanced chair moves and sequences, transitions around, down, and up the chair, and all the other possibilities in between! Wear leggings, knee pads, leg warmers or whatever you need to keep you comfortable while dancing on the chairs and carpeted workshop area.

(**Beginner to Intermediate**) Anyone from a pole baby to a seasoned pole pro is welcome to sign up for this super sexy class. Karol Helms, USPDF Miss Sexy 2010, will show you how to unleash your own sexy pole prowess! Learn Karol’s super sexy transitions, spins, hip movements, and floorwork in a Mini-Routine, as well as how to flow into and out of each move with slinky ease. (no inversions, some basic spins.)
Down & Dirty
(**ALL LEVELS**) Face down A$$ UP, that’s the way to get Down & Dirty on the floor. You will learn sexy transitions from standing to the floor, crawling, shoulder stands, forward and backward rolls, booty tricks and lots of fun floor poses to showcase on the floor..! LADIES – PLEASE bring thick leg warmers, long-sleeved tops, over the knee socks, and/or knee pads for your comfort when sliding on the floor..! HEELS are ENCOURAGED and totally welcomed!
